Our embroidery department currently runs 5 heads of embroidery. Our state of
the art Amaya single head is capable of sewing 16 color designs with speeds of
1100 stitches per minute. Our 4 head Melco machine makes short work of larger
jobs. It is capable of running four garments at once thereby speeding up
production and lowering wait times.
We use 100% polyester thread which is fade resistant and will not shrink.
We do our own in-house digitizing and art services to also speed up production.
